Freelance Project Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Rate: £550-£600 per day
Pay Method: Inside IR35 (PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
We are seeking an experienced freelance project manager with a strong background in utility projects to support the delivery of complex infrastructure works.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing projects end to end, ensuring delivery to scope, time, cost and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage utility projects from initiation through to completion
* Develop & maintain project plans, schedules and budgets
* Coordinate with utility providers, contractors, local authorities and internal teams
* Ensure compliance with relevant utility regulations, health and safety and industry standards
Essential Experience and Skills
* Proven experience as a project manager within the utilities sector (e.g. water, gas, electricity, telecoms or multi - utility projects
* Strong understanding of utility regulations, permitting and coordination processes
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast paced environments
