Our client is looking for a Finishing Manager to join them on a new residential development in Northwood. This is a 6-month contract, Outside IR35, with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities for this Finishing Manager role:
- Reporting into the Project Manager
- Management of internal subcontractor packages and risk assessments
- In charge of the daily running of the site
- Taking project from 1st fix to Completion
Experience required for this Finishing Manager role:
- CSCS Card and in date
- SMSTS Card and in date
- First Aid At work in date
- Previous work on a high end residential developments is required
Package offered for this Finishing Manager role:
- £250 per day based on experience
- Outside IR35
- 6 month contract with potential to move to other upcoming projects
