Join a well-established and supportive property maintenance contractor as a Permanent Electrician, with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.
You'll carry out a varied workload across social housing, private domestic properties, and some commercial projects, making a genuine impact through high-quality electrical services.
As an Electrician, you will:
- Carry out EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
- Complete remedial electrical works
- Install and maintain smoke detection systems
- Deliver work across social housing, private residential, and selected commercial properties
- Participate in an on-call rota with door-to-door paid call-outs
We would like to speak with candidates who have:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
- 2391 Testing & Inspection
- AM2 qualification
- Experience within social housing, domestic, or maintenance environments
Salary & Benefits
- £44,000 basic salary
- Potential earnings up to £60,000+ through optional overtime
- Company van and fuel card provided
