The role:

A well respected and established developer are looking for a Development Manager to join their growing team on projects in and around the Midlands area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of sites in the development phase, from acquisition of the land through to construction delivery and First Occupation.

You will lead an internal and external project team consisting of experts in land purchase, architectural and technical design, planning, estimating, surveying, construction, pre-contracts, sales, Health and Safety and relevant external subject matter experts.

To be considered for this position:

  • HNC or equivalent in Construction or similar field
  • Experience in New Build and Design preferred
  • At least 6 months experience working as a Development Manager, Technical Coordinator or similar level
  • Architectural background preferred but not essential
