Up to £50000 + Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension Scheme, Generous holiday allowance.
The Development Coordinator Role:
As a Development Coordinator you will be expected to carry out technical responsibilities for co-ordination of construction details, compliance and to enable a successful start on site.
You will need to manage the design information of the project and all stakeholders involved and be the lead for all the allocated site's technical function, from start of the site process to site completion.
To be considered for the Development Coordinator position:
- Worked as a Development Coordinator/Technical Coordinator (or equivalent) and worked on house building projects
- Knowledge of CDM regulations
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject.
