DESIGN MANAGER
Salary: Dependent on experience
Location: Rotherham
My client is a highly successful, established award winning main contractor, they are now looking to strengthen their pre-construction division with the addition of a Design Manager, this will be a number 2 to join the team so we are happy to consider someone who is stepping up into the Design Manager position from an Assistant Design Manager position
This is a particularly interesting project within their industrial division.

Design Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Design Manager / Design Coordinator
- Main contractor background
- Stable employment history
- Good Knowledge of current CDM and Building regulations.
- Ideally experience or familiarity within NEC, JCT, PFI and bespoke contracts
- You will be an outgoing, personable individual with exceptional communication skills.
- Full UK driving License.
