Our client is currently seeking a Design Manager to work on a new build industrial schemes in the North West & Midlands
This is a long-term contract, Outside IR35 and working for a reputable company within their field
This will be a role to cover two projects in Liverpool and Lower East Midlands
Requirements:
- Worked as a Design Manager previously
- Experience working on Design & Build schemes
- Experience on large schemes up to £30m in value
- Management of staff experience and running of the Design across major projects
- Project experience such as Industrial, leisure and pharmaceutical
Rate: £350 - £400 per day
Location: Midlands based
Duration: 12 months
