Contracts Support Coordinator

Job Description

I have an opportunity for a Contracts Support Coordinator to join a specialist service provider to the Railway Industry, providing a spectrum of services to clients such as Network Rail and regional Train Operating Companies.

I am looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual who will work closely with their in-house contracts and project managers to provide vital support to their Buildings and Civils team.

The role will include working alongside and learning from experienced colleagues to guide and mentor you through the process of contract support, coordination and some administration, enabling the delivery of projects and contracts on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities for this Contracts Support Coordinator role:


- Liaising with suppliers and contract managers to ensure the coordination and organisation of invoices, purchase orders and general work completion information.
- Developing a full understanding of company and client computer and management systems.
- Assist in preparation of quotations and estimates as guided by contract/project managers and commercial teams.
- Roster and Planning of resources, internal and external.
- Assist in the production of and submission of accurate progress reports as directed and in a timely manner.
- Organising the workload for tams carrying out Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance.

Experience required for this Contracts Support Coordinator role:


- With experience within rail (desirable).
- With the ability to think proactively within a fast-paced working environment.
- Who is confident to liaise with Customers, Clients and Contractors.
- Who has experience within different business areas - Commercial, Financial and contract administration (desirable).
- With proficiency in Microsoft applications - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Package offered for this Contracts Support Coordinator role:


- Salary £18,500 - £22,000
- 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
