Contracts Manager

The company is one of the UK's Largest Port & Logistics companies. Your role as Contracts Manager will oversee a number of Civil Engineering & Marine projects through feasibility, approval, design, construction, completion, commissioning, handover and post project review.

Key responsibilities for this Contracts Manager role:

- Identify and manage risks within multiple project lifecycles including preparation and upkeep of risk registers and contingency logs
- Safe delivery of projects, achieving quality, time and cost requirements, to statutory legislation and company standards
- Drive excellent performance in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality to ensure the highest standards are put at the forefront of all projects
- Ensure robust financial management and commercial awareness forms the foundation of all business decisions


Experience required for this role:

- Proven track record of managing construction projects in a Civil Engineering/Marine field
- Confidence and self-motivation to manage a large and varied portfolio of projects
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management.


Package offered for this Contracts Manager role:

- Up to £80,000 per annum
- Car Allowance, holidays, pensions, health and wellbeing care etc.
