One of our clients, one of Irelands leading Residential Developers is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Dublin/Leinster team on a permanent basis to oversee 3 large sites across the Dublin/Kildare region, a mix of housing and high-density developments. This Contracts Manager will have minimum 10 years experience managing large scale projects
Responsibilities Include:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager of achieving and exceeding quality, time and profitability targets on similarly sized residential projects
Providing specialist technical leadership.
Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets.
Implementation of best practice in project controls, performance management, and Project reporting.
Monitoring sub-contractor performance and determining labour requirements.
Requirements Include:
10+ years management experience on large-scale projects in housing/apartment construction preferable
Degree/diploma qualified in civil engineering or similar, and will have a number of years' proven experience of working with a large main contractor or developer in a project manager role.
You must be capable of taking responsibility for multiple project concurrently ensuring the delivery of the project within time, cost and budget.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
