We have a current opportunity for a Construction Project Manager on a contract basis. This will be to work as a Construction Project Manager for a leading global asset management and construction consultancy.
The position will be based in East-Central London, at The University of East London for approximatley 12 months.
I am looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee the campus upgrade and fit out for University of East London. The successful Construction Project Manager must have very good fit out experience.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Heavily experinced in fit out and upgrades on large scale.
- Construction backgroud
- Must of managed large teams/projects and be extremley confident in this
- Experience of managing industrial/public sector projects
- Experience with a range of project management skills, tools and approaches.
- Ability to motivate, lead, problem solve and influence
This role will be predominently site based, so need the ideal Construction Project Manager to live in London/Around London anbe able to commute to East London minimum 4 days a week.
The contract is around 12 months (52 weeks), and the clinet is hoping to extend.
Contractor can work Outside IR35, and we are lookming to pay anywhere between £300-£350 a day DOE.
