We have a current opportunity for a Construction Project Manager on a contract basis. This is to work for a Tier 1 client on a Network Rail Ciivls rerufb on an MDU Modular Building.
It would be be a hybrid role, whereby you will be occasionally required to sites and he clinets office in Chelmsford.
Some duties for the successful Construction Project Manager will incliue -
Support the Tender/Bid stage as and when required including:
- Developing methodology and CDM paperwork
- Provide collateral, quoting best practice from previous projects
- Risk assessment
- Reviewing cost build up and programme
- Manage site visits
- Stakeholder consultation
- Support responses to tender clarifications
The Project Manager will be fully responsible for the successful delivery of Projects from Contract Award to Closure. The Project Manager (PM) will ensure that Projects are delivered safely, in accordance with:
- Contract Specification
- Company Process & Procedures
- Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards
- Financial performance
I am looking for someone with 5+ years expericne, mamageing projects in rail. It is essential you have managed Civis refurbs oriject in the past/present. Highly experienced in a Civils and Construction refurb background.
Experience in working on Network Rail Frameworks, and as a NWR PC.
The idea, Project Manager will portray the below -
3+ Years in a Project Management role including
- Construction CRE
- Experience of Bid/Tender process and estimating
- Used to CVR Reporting
- Managing Temporary Works
- Design Management
The role will be Outside IR35, and will be on a contract basis for 6 months initially.
Official start date is TBC, however, will be dsucssed at interview stage, whereby notice periods will be discussed and tken inot consideration,
