Construction Planner required for a leading contractor in Dublin.

Key responsibilities for this Construction Planner role:
- Producing high-quality programmes that are in line with company and client requirements, within the allotted time frame, and in accordance with project deadlines for PQQ, Tendering, and Contract objectives
- Maintaining communication with the tendering team to ensure the submission of compliant bids in accordance with employers & tender requirements
- Assist in preparation of contractors reports as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Developing work packages programmes
- As needed, assisting with the construction teams and the estimating department technical support.
Experience required for this Construction Planner role:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role within the UK or Ireland.
- Knowledge / working experiences of 3d Modelling software such as BIM would be beneficial.
- Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.
- Proven experience of the tender and contract stage of projects
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong team building skills
Salary for this Site Engineer role is between €40,000 - €50,000 DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
