Commercial Manager (Quantity Surveyor)

The company is a Leading UK Consultancy who operate on Highways, Utilities, Marine & Transportation projects across the UK. This role will form a critical part of the commercial team, specifically supporting the delivery of Highways, Marine and Utility projects.

Key responsibilities for this role:
- Support the sector heads, Finance Director and Commercial Director wherever necessary with commercial reporting & analysis, including forecasting to identify resource requirements.
- Work closely with the Sectors management teams in order to support all commercial activities for all Highways, Marine and Utilities projects
- Managing & training more junior team members
Experience required for this role:
- Experience in document control, reporting, drafting, negotiating and claims management
- 3+ years of NEC3/4 experience
- Highways/Utilities/Heavy Civils background
Package offered for this role:
- Up to £45,000 per annum
- Car Allowance, holidays, pensions, health and wellbeing care etc.
