to join a main contractor working on major Water/Civils Framework in the South of England. Remote working is available with the need to visit site as and when required for meetings,

you will be responsible for working on projects that the total is more than likely to be greater than £350m.

- Ensure adequate commercial resource
- Main Contract Management
- Supply chain management
- Cost Capture and control
- Reporting
- Programme and Planning Management
- Client facing
- Dealing/building relationships with stakeholders
- Implement commercial procedures
- Ensure compliance
- Provide Commercial advice
- Review value management and risk management
Experience required for this Commercial Manager role:
- Significant post-graduate commercial experience in the construction industry
- Experience of development and implementing procurement and contract strategies
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrate legal, contractual and construction knowledge and experience
- Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen
- Practical approach, logical thought process and methodical way of working
- Problem solving
- Hold a RICS/CICES accredited degree
- Full membership of RICS or CICES
Package offered for this Commercial Manager role:
- £60,000-£70,000 GBP plus package
