Build Supervisor -
I currently have a great opportunity for a Build Supervisor working for a great company in Gloucester.
The role includes:
- Supervising gangs making sure all projects are achievable and done to the highest of standards whilst maintaining H&S requirements, in line with the local authorities and environmental policies.
- Maintain and amend as-built records, deal with day-to-day issues and find solutions, and provide support to include onsite planning.
- Coordinate with local authorities and back-office staff ensuring appropriate Notices and traffic management are in place
- Recording of Day-to-Day activities, through measuring all construction works onsite and feeding that back
Experience:
- 3+ years Supervisor roles
- Communication skills with Clients, Colleagues, Auditors and Local Authorities
- Management experience, being able to hit KPI's, drive the teams forward and manage day-to-day tasks
- Experience working within the Utilities industry preferably as a supervisor
- Some experience surveying and detecting underground apparatus and prior Telecoms knowledge, ideally in underground cabling
Qualifications:
- NRSWA Supervisor
- PIA Accreditations
- Microsoft Office
- SHEQ qualifications or equivalent
- SROH
- Clean Driving Licence
The Role is paying around 40K a year + Van and Fuel Card + Package.
