Global commercial real estate services firm is looking for a Associate Workplace Strategy Consultant. The workplace team is at the center of this change and supports our customers in developing solutions for current challenges as well as long-term workplace strategies.

The Workplace team delivers holistic value to our clients by considering the impact of real estate quality on core business objectives: Staff Attraction & Retention, Space Efficiency & Effectiveness, User Experience, Well- Being and Sustainability.

The services for customers from the user and investor sector include:

  • Vision & strategy development
  • Design of the user experience
  • Change management
  • Evaluation of the current working environment and classification in a benchmark context
  • Advice on strategic decisions in the area of real estate ( e.g. stay vs. go )
  • Building and project development assessment from a workplace strategy perspective
  • Development of design concepts through to implementation and post-evaluation after implementation
  • The collaboration of the workplace consultants with internal project management and design teams is holistic, so that the customer receives a consistent service from strategy development to implementation.


Software requirements:

CAD, Adobe suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and InDesign

What you should bring with you:

  • Successfully completed university studies in (interior) architecture, design, psychology, sociology or similar.
  • Expertise in the creation of user requirement profiles and the development of corresponding workplace strategy concepts
  • Experience in the implementation of strategy and change management projects in the commercial office context
  • Experience in evaluating buildings with a focus on ' Workplace '
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of workplace strategy & design, organizational change management or in comparable areas
  • International professional experience and intercultural competence
  • Very strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and innovatively
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and in a team-oriented manner
  • Self-confident appearance and responsible action
  • Proficient in German and English
