This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist maintenance contractor to work on an exciting civil engineering infrastructure framework close to Chesterfield.

Key responsibilities for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role:
• Measurement, contract administration, record keeping, maintaining key schedule for information and procurement, tendering and placement.
• Producing monthly forecasts which are to be used within the CVR for each scheme.
• Able to solely manage some Quantity Surveying duties.
Experience required for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role:
• Experience working with NEC3/NEC4 form of contracts.
• Experience within the Infrastructure & Civil Engineering industry with ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Degree in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management required.
Package offered for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role:
• £35,000-40,000 basic salary
• 26 days holiday + bank holidays
• Company car scheme
