Salary: Open to discussion however circa £28,000-£35,000 depending on experience.

Estimating.
Planning.

Commercial Management.
Development, Recruitment and Retention.
Skills/Experience required for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
Degree in quantity surveying/commercial management or equivalent.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Excellent IT and maths skills.
Good financial management skills.
Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter & highly motivated individual that can work on their own initiative to tight timeframes as well as part of a team.
