Assistant Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the UK's leading geotechnical and civil engineering contractor and work on a range of line-side civils projects within their rail and civils division.
Your role as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for helping support the senior members of staff within a variety of projects, ranging in value up to £10.5M
Key responsibilities for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role:
- Assisting with weekly cost to complete/budget reviews with the contract delivery
teams
- Maintaining deadlines in line with the monthly commercial calendar
- Attend internal and external commercial review meetings
- Ensure commercial challenge at all times to contract delivery teams
Experience required for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role:
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
- Previous experience working in a civils/infrastructure project as an Assistant Quantity
Surveyor
- Experience with NEC3 or NR contract forms would be beneficial
Package offered for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role:
- Up to £35,000
- Car allowance/ car, 25 days holiday, pension and discretionary bonus
