Acquisition Project Manager

I have an oppurtunity to join an established mobile telecoms infrastructure provider as a Acquisition Project Manager. This role is a flexible working role, however there will be a requirement to attend one of their offices in Birmingham or Scotland (near Glasgow).

Acquistion Project Manager Role:

  • Submitting planning applications.
  • Management of external suppliers.
  • Driving projects to completion
  • Preparing legal agreements in alignment with external legal services.
  • Responsible financial reporting.
  • Responsible for reporting on projects.
  • Take full ownership of data in the internal database.
  • Attend meetings over teams and face to face with stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Provide support to both external suppliers and internal members of the team on site specific and project queries.


Acquistion Project Manager Requirements:

  • Degree level or equivalent, ideally in a property related discipline.
  • Car owner with a full valid driving licence.
  • Previous experience in mobile telecoms
  • Legislation knowledge of legislation in line with the wireless telecommunications sector.
  • Extremely proficient using MS Excel for data manipulation and creation of financial models to manage projects.
  • Good eye for detail.
  • Proven experience reporting to senior management.
  • Positive mindset.
  • Approachable attitude.
