Surfacing Supervisor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Surfacing Supervisor in and around the Midlands area.
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the highways/surfacing sector. Your role as Surfacing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the operational side of the surfacing contract.

Key responsibilities for this Surfacing Supervisor role:
- To manage all operational aspects of the surfacing contract, including programming, resourcing and cost control.
- To ensure all operations on site fully comply with all health, safety,
environment, and quality requirements.
- People management and supervision
- Plan, resource, programme and then manage on site all activities associated with resurfacing
Experience required for this Surfacing Supervisor role:
- Experience in a similar role with Surfacing experience
- Good communication skills and foster good working relationships with our client.
- A full UK driving Licence
- Good standard of general education
- CSCS Manager
- Frontline Supervisor programme
- NRSWA Supervisor
- PC literate i.e. MS Office, outlook, word, excel, powerpoint
- Experience supervising machine lay surfacing gangs
Package offered for this Surfacing Supervisor role:
- Salary up to £42,500 GBP
- Company Car plus other Benefits
