We are looking to grow our Construction and Engineering teams, so if you have experience in White Collar recruitment and are looking for a new and exciting challenge in a lucrative industry. You will be given the opportunity to build up your own desk working in a fast paced and exciting industry with fast track management potential.

This is a rare opportunity for a driven 360 recruitment consultant with experience behind them to join a highly profitable and fast growing business. It's a demanding sales and business driven environment that will highly reward the 'go getters' and high achievers.

Your responsibility in the role will include:

  • Business Development calls to bring new clients on board and build your desk therefore you must feel comfortable cold calling both candidates and clients over the phone 


  • Qualifying candidates and screening/formatting CVs 


  • Generating leads through candidates and client 


  • Writing job adverts and scheduling interviews 


  • Research of your specialist market 


  • Networking via LinkedIn, existing database, job boards, referrals

The ideal Navartis Recruitment Consultant:

  • Hard working, self-motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of billings in a similar sector/environment. Experience in either perms or contract.

  • At least 24 months recruitment experience ideally on a 360 desk

  • You should be of a positive, confident & enthusiastic nature with excellent communication 
skills
