Our client is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a New build industrial scheme in the North West.
This is a long term contract, outside IR35 and working for a reputable company within their field
The project is due to start within a couple of months so there will be travel to their Midlands office a couple of days per week for the first couple of weeks.
Requirements:
- Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor previously
- Experience working on Design & Build schemes
- Various contract knowledge including JCT and NEC form of contract
- Experience on large schemes up to £30m in value
- SubContract Management, CVRs, CEs and commercial meetings
- Project experience such as Industrial, leisure and pharmaceutical
Rate: £350 - £375 per day (outside IR35)
Location: Liverpool
Duration: 12 months
