We are working with a client that are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on projects valued between £200k - £1m, this Quantity Surveying position is working on a part time basis with potential to move into more full time.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for subcontractors
- NEC form of contract experience
- Experience working with local authorities and clients
- Highways maintenance experience would be preferable
- Experience working on Footways, roads, 278 works contracts
Rate: £325 - £350 per day (outside IR35)
Location: Home working, occasional office visits in Cheshire
Duration: 9 months
