Up to € 120 + package depending on experience

To be suitable for the position you must have;

  • Initial degree in Engineering or Construction Management, Completed by at least 5 years of Experience in a similar role.

  • Project management experience

  • Engineering design

  • Contract administration & contractor management experience

  • Economic and solution-oriented way of working

  • Appreciative management style

  • Positive promotion of employees' willingness to perform and motivation

  • Advanced communication skills with all business partners

  • Effective time management

  • Ability to work both in English & German (C1 level expected)

  • French knowledge is advantageous


Role Information:

  • Knowledge of the German technical standards ("anerkannte Regeln der Technik").

  • Acquiring the technical standards of the contract and deriving the technical specifications of the construction project

  • Management of the technical relations with the client

  • Responsibility for the technical optimization of the project within the deadlines to be agreed with the execution of the works

  • Establish and manage project priorities

  • Continuously review the productivity, effectiveness, quality and profitability of the project.

  • Completing the project on time and within budget

  • Strive for and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with the relevant legislation

  • Ensure compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health/occupational safety/environmental requirements


FINANCIAL
Responsibility for the overall budget
Decision-making level for investments and purchasing volume

DISCIPLINARY
Ensuring all necessary skills and competences of employees for the implementation of the work strategy
Right to issue instructions to subordinate departments / staff

TECHNICAL
Coordination of technical issues for the operational implementation of tasks
Coordination and management of process flows
