Key responsibilities:
- Deadline and cost tracking
- Project control
- Project monitoring
- Client representation
- Tenant coordination
- Participation in contract negotiations of the individual trades within the framework of the VOB/B
- Coordination of specialist planners and construction companies
- Technical advice on buying and selling real estate and project transactions
Experience required:
- Successfully completed studies as an engineer in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- We require very good knowledge of the English language due to the cooperation with international teams as well as very good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of the existing regulations (VOB/B, AHO, HOAI)
- Willingness to travel and driving license class B
