This is a great opportunity for an experienced CRE Design Manager to join a main contractor and work on an exciting rail development close to Pontypridd.
The company are market leaders in the rail development sector and your role as Design Manager will be responsible for the development of new and existing designs for a £200 million + project
Key responsibilities for this CRE Design Manager role:
- Weekly design management meetings with designers.
- Projectwise and ComplyPro during design stages
- Contractors responsible engineer civils construction
- Management of temporary works and maintaining temporary register
- Undertake CRE construction for allocated schemes
Experience required for this CRE Design Manager role:
- 2+ years management experience.
- Strong background across varied construction sectors (Rail, Civils, Structures)
- Experience managing temporary works within design functions
- Background of working to Network Rail standards
- Main contractor experience desirable
