Your tasks:
- Active input and support of the calculation department for the preparation of the offer
- Independent contract negotiation and placement, taking commercial and technical requirements into account
- Identification of suitable suppliers and creation of framework agreements
- technical and commercial. Evaluation of subcontractor offers
- Creation of internal price catalogs and supplier documentation
- Clarification of breaches of contract
- Development and management of optimal supplier networks to establish business relationships based on partnership
Your profile:
- Specialist training and/or studies with professional experience
- Experience in bidding for construction work
- Understanding of the problems and risks of construction projects
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Discretion, reliability, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills
- Knowledge of German absolutely necessary
- Knowledge of English/French is an advantage
- Category B driver's license
