Working Foreman – Wiltshire
We are currently looking for an experienced Working Foreman to start within the next few weeks on a range of farmhouse fit-out projects across Wiltshire. Interviews are taking place immediately.
This is a hands-on role overseeing day-to-day site operations while working alongside trades on high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Role Details
- Location: Wiltshire
- Project Type: Farmhouse fit outs / refurbishments
- Contract Length: 6 months initially
- Potential to go permanent after contract
- Start Date: Immediate Start
- Rate: Dependent on Experience (Outside IR35)
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman
- Strong background in refurbishment / fit-out projects
- Ability to manage trades and maintain programme deadlines
- Hands-on approach on site
- CSCS required
- SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
- Must be based locally to Wiltshire or surrounding areas
Duties
- Managing day-to-day site activities
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring health & safety compliance
- Maintaining quality standards and programme targets
- Reporting progress to management
