The Technical Manager role:
A well-established, cash rich housing developer have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join the team on private + bespoke housing projects in the Oxfordshire area.
Your responsibilities will include working with the planning team and land department acquiring new sites. You will also be setting and managing all budgets for the technical department as well as ensuring all of the technical design is in line with CDM regulation.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Technical Manager within housing but candidates currently working as a Technical Coordinator (or similar) who are ready to make the step up will also be considered.

To be considered for the Technical Manager position:
- Housing background
- Degree qualified in construction or similar field
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Technical Manager or Coordinator
