We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a project in Northamptonshire, working across remediation, earthworks, and civils. This role will suit someone hands-on, with strong site experience and the ability to drive works safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
- Support the Site Manager in delivering works to programme, cost, and quality targets
- Ensure all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are met
- Coordinate plant, labour, and materials on site
- Maintain site records, reporting, and toolbox talks
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure works are completed to specification
Requirements
- Proven experience in earthworks, remediation & civils
- SSSTS / SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage site teams and maintain high safety standards
- Waste industry experience (desirable)
