We currently have a Freelance opportunity for a Civil Site Supervisor to work on a Battery Storage site near Swindon, UK.
Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor
Location: Swindon, UK
Rate: £310-£330 per day
Start Date: ASAP subject to notices
Role Information:
Responsible for managing a small civils construction project from inception to completion. The works are predominantly Civil Engineering and Construction in nature on a battery storage site.
My client has a small team civils team on site: Site Engineer, steel fixers/Joiners, Plant Op and Groundworkers.
Approx duration is 10 weeks, small RC works, strip footings, RC bases on precast piles, Type 1 access road with kerbs, ducting & draw pits.
Requirements:
- Client Liaison (my client are the civil subcontractor)
- Ordering Materials and Plant.
- Must have SSSTS and CSCS
- Manage the site safely
- To plan future activities and ensure that they meet agreed specifications.
- Manage programme of work, and timescales.
- Oversee construction work on a day-to-day basis
