Our client, who is a very successful regional civils contractor, is looking for an experienced Site Agent to join their team in Cambridgeshire. The Site Agent will be overseeing several highways/structures projects and must be experienced in overseeing multiple smaller projects at once.
The client is looking for someone with proven experience on highways and structures projects who has held a similar position. This role would be suited to a Site Agent, a PM or a Works Manager.
The client has a large workbook for the rest of 2022 and into 2023 with the opportunity for career progression through the business.
Ideally the client is looking for someone to start quickly and hit the ground running in the role.
The ideal candidate
- 5 years experience minimum working in a similar role
- Experience working on highways/structures projects
- Experience overseeing multiple sites at the same time
- Ideally (but not essential) a tier 1 background looking to move to a smaller business
