Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Derby
Engagement: Freelance - Outside IR35
Duration: Initial 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
My client, a Tier 1 contractor, is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major prison project based in Derby.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project team on a long-term programme of works, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week, working as part of a hybrid arrangement.
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Prison project experience is essential
- Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous
- Strong commercial management experience throughout the project lifecycle
- Ability to manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts
