The Opportunity:
An established, privately owned main contractor that is experiencing year on year growth are looking to appoint a Senior Design Manager to work on projects on both preconstruction and delivery phases of projects, whilst supervision and supporting a Design Coordinator.
Project values will typically range from £10m to £50m, and their current portfolio includes high rise, commercial, residential/accommodation, leisure and industrial projects.
Applicants that are currently working as a Design Manager will be considered for this position, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to make a step up in their career with a reputable, rapidly growing company.
To be considered for this position:
- Previous employment as a Design Manager with a main contractor.
- Project experience to include schemes such as commercial, mixed use, residential, apartment blocks, student accommodation, hotels or industrial.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Qualified to a high standard in a relevant subject (Degree / HNC/D).
