X2 Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for 2X experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a main contractor and work on an exciting Utilities Development in the Southeast of England
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the Power & Energy Sector. Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for working through all client faced contracts within the project and bring a consultative approach to your work

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Client faced negotiations through current and new contracts
- Overseeing all current street work Piping contracts
- Office based
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Client faced Quantity surveying
- NEC3 experience in Utilities (Gas)
- Street working Knowledge or Repair Maintenance experience
Package offered for this Quantitiy Surveyor role:
- £400 a day (Assessment required to dictate IR35)
- 12 months contract which may increase due to framework
