Our client, who are a FTSE 100 residential developer, are looking for an MEP Project Manager for their development in S/W London. The project consists of an RC frame development going into the final phase of this challenging development
Key Responsibilites:
Leading the MEPH build on the scheme
Liaising with site team across the project
Managing the M&E contractors
Heading and being involved in progress meetings
Ensuring H&S and programs are being followed C
Commissioning work
To be considered for this role you must: Have previous experience as a Senior MEP manager or MEP Manager for a main contractor or developer
On offer is a starting salary of up to £85,000 per annum plus benefits.
