This is a great opportunity for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a growing developer and work on an exciting residential development in Wicklow.
The company are market leaders in the residential development sector and are seeking a Finishing Manager to join their Wicklow based team on a permanent basis to work on a medium scale residential project that consist of circa 120 houses and 34 apartments. They also have another development due to start, also in Wicklow, in the next 4-6weeks.

Finishing Manager Responsibilities Include:
Liaise and communicate closely with the Design team, Site Manager and other stakeholders.
Coordinate the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials, completing the online daily site diary and relevant weekly documentation in accordance with company policy.
Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
Effective planning of tasks and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet deadlines.
Ensure works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality.
Attending weekly Management Team meeting for the Construction Team.
Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards.
Ability to motivate Labourers and sub-contractors.
Finishing Manager Requirements Include:
Carpentry/Trades qualification or Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management.
Significant experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of trades, preferably Carpentry
Background in Residential Construction
Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.

€60-70k base
Fully expensed vehicle
Bonus based on performance
