Contractors Engineering Manager - Multi - Dis

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CEM to join a main contractor and work on an exciting project offering remote working.

Key responsibilities for this CEM role:

Understand the scope and technical requirements for the work packages and disciplines involved.
Understand the interfaces between the discipline work packages and their interdependencies in the delivery programme.
Understand the data management (BIM) requirements.
Support in the identification and capture of examples of best practice in design integration and engineering management.
Facilitate the cross-discipline impact assessment of any project changes and ensure that these are communicated to all project REs under supervision of the DIMs.

Experience required for this CEM role:

Experience in the application of systems engineering processes within the rail environment.
Proven track record in the delivery of rail engineering designs in a specific discipline with an innovative approach to solving client problems.
Experience of working on multi-disciplinary rail projects.
Experience in understanding, interpreting and communicating the technical requirements of our contracts and, in particular, specifications and appropriate standards.
