A well established contractor is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team.

The Role
- Assisting with the commercial management of construction projects
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Assisting with valuations, variations, CVRs and cost reporting
- Working closely with site teams and project stakeholders
- Supporting the commercial team through to final accounts
- Office-based in Leicestershire with site visits across the East of England once a week
About You
- Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Graduate Quantity Surveyor
- Groundworks or civil engineering experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Candidates from other construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
