A Structural Technologist plays a key role in the design, planning, and construction of building projects. A Structural Technologist helps to assess whether building plans and materials are suitable for the project. A Structural Technologist works closely with design teams and architects to ensure the safety of a structure.

This £10m construction project will see a stylish block of 76 flats for anyone wanting to live within a stone’s throw of the Hoe and city centre. Peirson House will be a six-storey tower, containing 39 two-bedroom apartments and 37 one-bedroom flats, each with a balcony, with outdoor communal space, undercover car parking and a landscaped entrance onto Notte Street.
