​What is a Design Coordinator?

A Design Coordinator is responsible for collating and analysing designs for construction that meet business requirements and budgets. A Design Coordinator also coordinates with the clients to share progress updates and modify plans as needed according to specifications.

  • Implement corrective measures for identified distractions or issues.

  • Administer design subcontract including processing monthly invoices for payment.

  • Carry out technical reviews of any proposed works to ensure contractual and technical compliance.
