What is a Contracts Manager?
The role of a Contracts Manager is to manage contracts that relate to building projects. As part of this a Contracts Manager will study the legalities of the contract and negotiate the contracts with clients and suppliers. After the successful negotiation of a contract a Contracts Manager will draw up legal documents, which outlines terms of the service and the deliverables.

The Riverwalk
The Riverwalk project is estimated to cost $200 million for a long-term solution to flood risk in Brampton. Running along the Etobicoke River floodplain, the aim is to increase potential for urban development and make Brampton more healthy, sustainable and resilient.
